National Western Center Program Management and On-Call Horizontal Designer

Utility Coordination Programs

Project Summary

The National Western Center is the product of a shared vision between founding partners from the City and County of Denver, Colorado State University, the Western Stock Show Association, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, and History Colorado. These organizations, combined with input from local community members, continue to work together to create a one-of-a-kind campus for entertainment, research, education, and agribusiness. Goodbee is contracted to provide utility coordination and design if needed on this dynamic site.

Goodbee is the Utility Lead for the National Western Center Horizontal design team and Program Management. Goodbee’s responsibilities includes utility coordination and design for the horizontal design packages. Our team works collaboratively with over ten utility providers, including Xcel Energy, Denver Water, Denver Wastewater, and communications companies; the Merrick and Hensel Phelps Horizontal Team, NWCO, Jacobs, and other City stakeholders to develop optimal plans to provide utility services (in both interim and future conditions) if required.
