A bicycle and pedestrian path connection from the Regional Transportation District's (RTD) Fitzsimons Light Rail Station (R Line) to East 23rd Avenue
On this CDOT local agency project, Goodbee managed utility investigations, led utility coordination, and developed FIR, AMANDA, FOR, AD utility relocation plans, project special provisions, and agreements. Goodbee managed the environmental clearance process for a CatEx including development of ISA Form 881 and VIA. Goodbee managed sub-consultant team members for wetlands, Section 106, air, and noise analysis.
