Goodbee and Associates is responsible for the Modified Environmental Site Assessment and Visual Impact Assessment for this 1.6 mile capacity improvement project in Commerce City. The project is bordered by Mile High Flea Market, residences, commercial and industrial properties.  In addition to widening, Goodbee landscape architects are responsible for corridor aesthetics including roadside and median landscaping and treatment for a new bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad.
