Boulder County requires consulting services in support of the County’s Continuing Services for the Transportation Department NPS. This addresses the ongoing major maintenance and repair of county assets as well as enhancements and expansion called for in the Boulder Valley Comprehensive Plan and the Transportation Master Plan.
Goodbee is the Utility Program Manager providing overall utility coordination for task orders through the Boulder County - Continuing Services for the Transportation Department On-Call contract. Our team has prepared inventories of existing and proposed utilities, provided planning and oversight of utility locating and potholing, coordinated with affected utility owners, mapping, and preparation of utility specs and the clearance packages. Previous tasks orders include 71st Street, Glendale Gulch, Olde Stage Road, Reeds Corner, 95th Street, Utica Street, and Four Mile Canyon.
