Goodbee & Associates, Inc. as the Utilities Project Manager for the SH 21 (Powers Blvd and Research Pkwy) project. The Goodbee team will develop ASCE 38 compliant utility plans. Tasks include utility design and coordination for all utilities affected by the project, schedule and field coordination, designated reports and investigations. Goodbee will lead FIR, FOR, and Ad utility plans for the project.
